This Guide has been prepared by the Premier’s Council for Active Living (PCAL) to provide guidance to councils (and other interested parties) on how they can promote community health and well-being by addressing active living and healthy eating principles and practices, as they implement, monitor and review their Integrated Planning and Reporting (IPR) Frameworks. It is based on the original PCAL/ Division of Local Government (DLG) Active Living IPR Resource prepared in 2010, revised and extended to cover healthy eating.
